I have been in Dubai for six years. Shopping online here has always been a gamble for me. Wrong sizes, cheap materials, delivery that takes two weeks with zero updates. Sahlo was different from the first order. I don't know how to explain it except that it felt like someone actually cared about what lands at my door.

I don't usually write reviews but my wife told me to. She ordered a few things for the living room and when they arrived she was quiet for a second and then said "finally." That silence said everything.

Honestly I was skeptical. I have ordered from so many stores here and half the time what arrives looks nothing like the picture. With Sahlo the item was exactly what I saw. Exactly. I even checked the product page again after delivery just to compare. My sister already placed her order.

Moved to Dubai eight months ago and still figuring out where to buy things that are actually decent quality without paying Jumeirah prices. Found Sahlo through a friend. Ordered twice now. Both times solid. No complaints, which in this city is basically a five star review on its own.

My mother asked me where I bought her kitchen set from. When I told her online she looked at me like I was lying. She is the type who only trusts what she can touch in a shop. I think Sahlo just changed her mind.

The delivery guy called before arriving. The packaging was clean. The product was right. Three things that should be normal but somehow never are. I am keeping this one bookmarked.
